Shipping & Returns

Every piece leaves the workshop insured and travels in signature packaging that needs a signature at the door. Pieces held in stock are dispatched within two working days; made-to-order pieces take a fortnight or so, and we will give you a date before you pay.

If it is not right, send it back within 30 days, unworn, and we will refund it. Return postage is ours.

Sizing & Resizing

Order a complimentary ring sizer if you would rather measure at home than guess, or ask any jeweller for your size and tell us the scale you were given.

One resize within 30 days of delivery is on us, where the setting allows it. Some patterned profiles cannot be resized without remaking the piece; if yours is one of them we will say so before you order.
